What Are Crows Feet?

Crows Feet, or wrinkles around the eyes often look more pronounced than wrinkles or expression lines on other areas of the face. The skin around the eyes is very thin and fine, and the lack of oil glands around the eye cause crow’s feet to become noticable. Crow’s Feet can often be caused by UV exposure as well as loss of collagen and elasticity. There are different types of crow’s feet:
    • Dynamic wrinkles which appear while smiling, can be treated with botox
    • Static wrinkles which are always noticeable yet worsen while smiling, can can be treated with a combination of subcision, gentle dermal filling and botox
This can be performed as a stand alone procedure, or as part of a complete facial sculpting treatment. At your consultation, Dr. Friedman will personally tailor a treatment plan for you, so that you can restore and enhance your unique, youthful appearance.
